About the Authors

Born in Paris to Tunisian parents and one of seven children, Fabienne grew up with a love of food and family. Mother to three children, she writes recipes and runs an established catering business and cooking school for adults and children in north London through her business Home Cooking By Fabienne.

Jo communicates for a living and takes pride in making information simple, whether she’s promoting Britain or anything else. Another passion is healthy eating and ensuring that her husband and daughter enjoy their five a day, sometimes unwittingly.  They live in north London with one small and equally healthily-fed dog.
